Still in La Paz and getting blown out every single day, one day left before I head home and it it is not looking like we are getting out again. We have actually had 2 calm days the entire time we have been here.
Anyways earlier in the week Cat , Garret and I caught a ride out to see the whale sharks and it turned out to be really fun. We saw a total of 6 one of which was a monster almost 40 feet long.
We swam around with them getting underwater photos and watching them eat krill. At one point a medium sized one just sat there for like 10 minutes vertical just feeding while we swam around it. Garett got some under water video of it.
There was schools of some type of bait hanging on the whale sharks and skip jacks would come in and try to blast bait off the sides of the shark.
